"Disappointing"

Nice staff and pool, cheap.

The air con wasn't working hot and uncomfortable so we ended up staying elsewhere. Also tv not working.

"Poor"

Location in Nusa Dua, not busy area.

The property does not have beach front view. Have to walk to the beach about 10-15 minutes and have to across the road.

"Not very pleasant but doable for one night."

The garden is nice.

The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom had a very unpleasant sewage smell. The pool was not in use.

"Superb"

They put the aircon on so the room was cool when I arrived 😀 The water dispenser and the fridge space are so functional

The curtains are too thin so the light passes through at night.

"Never stay here again."

It was close to the beach

1. There was an old dirty underwear hanging under the "clean towels". Also there was an old pants hanging in the closet. 2. Beds and towels were dirty were a lot of red and brown spots in. 3. In the pool there was a lot of algae. Don't know if it is safe to swim in there + cockroaches 4. The WiFi stopt working sometimes. When you ask the owners the reset the modem they didn't know what to do. So the first day someone reset it for us and it worked. But then it happened again and even we tried to explain it, they didn't really listen. 5. We felt like the bathroom was not cleaned at all. 6. Together with one other couple we were the only travellers, the rest were locals, which is okay. But they were very loud till deep in the night 7. The price was too expensive for what we got. 8. The staff was friendly, but at the end they didn't really listen to some of our concerns for example the WiFi. 9. They general toilet is super dirty and no soap to clean your hands. 10. We quit liked the breakfast, but the watermelon was not ripe at all. 11. The overall atmosphere was not good and my friend and us didn't feel it and just wanted to get out as fast as we could. We would never stay here again to be honest, we are quit easy with things, but things added up way too much.

"Outdated, uncleaned room"

Staff is accommodating

The room is not clean. Looks and smells old. No pillow case, had to ask twice. Bed uncomfortable.
