The security guard came to ask me to move and go park at the back parking as i was parked infront of our room where there are parkings too. he even had the confidence to say he's reserving it for someone who is a "gangster" in slang words. i told him no until he said it's fine.

The location is great , so is rhw set up of tge rooms.

The staff was a rude, and the kitchen was not accessible until we requested for it despite the amenities being on their websitw on booking .com. I also find it very unprofessional for the staff to request for payment before the expiry of the paid days especially that it was early monring hours. They have also not filled up their handwash by the basin they just placed an empty container. The guest towels were only made available for the first three days of our stay and the remaining days we were left without any towel. Service delivery is definitely not their priority.
