GBWhen we moved to the larger unit, it was very spacious and light.
The first room we had was "very" small and uncomfortable. We arrived late so didn't really have time to speak to the host as we were very tired. After the host left us, we noticed that the aircon wasn't working which was not good as it was a very hot night. We opened the windows but the blinds were making a lot of noise with the wind and did not really keep the light out, so we had a very restless night. We then spoke to the host in the morning about the aircon and no hairdryer. She said the aircon wasn't broken and that we needed to ask her to switch it on! No where in the literature was a note to say we had to ask for it to be turned on. We got the same answer with the hairdryer! There was only one socket by the bed and there was a socket quite close to the shower which seemed a bit dangerous. When we moved to the larger unit which we were grateful to them for turning it around so quick, we were told to not use the aircon when the patio doors were open, nor at night and to use the fans instead!!?? This was due to them not having enough storage battery power. We moved to the larger unit so that we had a washing machine. After the wash was done, there was no bowl to put the laundry out and there were no pegs. Again the host said we had to ask for them as people steal them!! Really!! This unit slept 6 people. There was a double bed upstairs with a room at the top of the stairs with a sofa bed. Then, the upstairs bathroom with shower did not have any doors separating to either of the bedrooms.. we found that very strange. The swimming pool looked like it could do with a real good clean. The sunloungers did not have any cushions and were very uncomfortable. We also felt uncomfortable with the amount of cameras. We appreciate the need for security, but they even had them round the pool area. There was a camera in the room downstairs which was covered up, but that doesn't mean it was switched off.

NZGood location to where we needed to be. Easily accessible. Bonus for a second toilet downstairs. Owner was lovely, very accommodating and was easy with early check ins.
It sleeps up to 4, however the shower is upstairs with no doors on bathroom.

ZAThe size of the rooms was impressive, providing ample space to move around comfortably.
I was disappointed with the air conditioning situation. Despite the freezing weather outside, we were unable to use the air conditioning during most of the night. It was only operational for a mere hour during the first night of our stay. This made the room uncomfortably cold and affected the quality of our sleep.
