Very kind staff, had to add a day to our reservation due to sickness and she was very accommodating and even let us get in early. Nice room. Great to have a fan. Clean.

It was a little hard to find the entrance. A little noisy but that is city life.

LOCATION is excellent, immediately exjacent to old city and beautiful parks. Lots of extinguisher places.

Ensuit bathroom was very small. Other bathrooms accessible from hallway are larger but not desirable for older guests.
