I arranged for a 6am breakfast pack...I left at 06h30. No breakfast pack. The rate i was charged for included breakfast. The shower wasn't working properly. The makeshift plastic covering on the shower was dirty.

The fence had fallen and anyone can access the place (very unsafe). The windows in the guest room don't close - missing handle. The room is furnished with bedding that is visibly worn and depleted, detracting significantly from comfort and hygiene standards.

The host was rather pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were lovey and the beds very comfortable. He was kind enough to park our cars for us properly so that other guests could also fit their vehicles in the small yard.

There were 6 of us travelling for a family funeral that weekend. We asked for an iron and ironing board very early in the morning as we were trying to get ready. After only one person had finished ironing, the host came and demanded his iron and ironing board, stating that another guest needed them. I didn’t understand this at all as we were also paying guests. I suppose the other lady was more important. Luckily, I always make sure to bring my own iron when I travel so I sent my niece down to my car to get it. Secondly, and I probably should have led with this one. 🤔 When we arrived, we came to notice that the bath tub in ky sister’s room was filthy and was covered in what appeared to be pubic hair! It looked like someone had been shaving in it. The host blamed it on the guest who had just checked out before we had arrived. This made no sense because they are supposed to clean each room before new guests check in. I found that to be very disturbing. It had me wondering if they had bothered to change the bedding as well.
