The place was clean

Entering and exiting the place was a nightmare. We were not given information of how they operate. We had to wait at the gate for almost an hour trying to enter at the gate and the agent was not responding to her phone.

We really liked our apartment only needs aircons in them then its 20/10 and brighter lights in the bathroom

I didn't like the RULES they were RIDICULOUS maybe some is understandable but no slippers, had to let my 3 year old wear a skipper amd his shoes when I took him to the toilet, no vaping yet we in an outdoor area, had to pay for canoeing and entrance into the Lagoon the day we checked out that's not fair cause we paid for the resort , we checked out when suppose to no harm in still using the facilities, guys told us the obstacle will be up and running at 12 this afternoon we waited nearly 2 hours and the kids were getting irritated and inpatient. The place is really 10/10 but I mean it could be a 20/10 if they reduce some rules if I look at all the other reviews they exactly the same complaining about the rules, for me I would say was a once off thing I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there if you want to enjoy a holiday you better off at home , at some point I even had to ask can I atleast breath at the place cause to me it seemed like we couldn't do anything there, really lovely place but NEVER AGAIN! Can explore other places in our country and actually enjoy it.

I liked how our host provided with is with some necessities such as sugar, tea, dish clothes and etc. The area was quite a beautiful sight to look at as well. The lagoon itself was also amazing and the restaurant.

I didn’t like the place. It had A LOT of cockroaches, the bedding had stains, it was not entirely clean. Blind surfaces of the house were dusty etc. What I didn’t like the most was the host’s unavailability. We had to wait whenever we needed something because she was unreachable.
