"I paid up fully. But staff wanted me to pay extra be is eWallet. I had to call Goodwood police."

I didn't get breakfast.i wasn't even offered. I only enjoyed the room.

I was treated badly by the staff. When I left, I had to leave my New kettle and toaster. My clothes. I had just bought new. My suitcase. I was only allowed to take my groceries. Is this how visitors are treated? Or am I a paying Prisoner??? I am not impressed at all

Manager was great. Safe area and quiet

Room lead directly into reception which was noisy at times. Room needs upgrade and TLC. No windows in room. Manage sleeping in the reception area. Uncomfortable bed and bedding smelt funny.
