Had a wonderful stay as a stray winter guest on my way biking to the coast. Dan and Viv are wonderful hosts and their beautiful artwork makes the place very special. Highly recommended!

"Cosy relaxing stay"

The room was nice and cosy. Its a quirky place very much old warm home vibes. It was clean too. For a cold December night i was nice and warm in the room. The outdoor shower was cool, I was worried at first due to how cold it was but the hot water was actually hot (37c+), which was bliss! Dan, one of the 2 hosts was kind, friendly and informative with the house and local information.

I have a sensitive nose, the scent was a little too strong for me. I dont know if its the fabric conditioner, home fragrance or cleaning products but the flowery scent was overwhelming. The kitchen was a little dark and i couldnt see a light or find a light switch inside or outside.

Beautiful property, very comfortable room and surroundings. I ate both dinner and breakfast -delicious!

I was on a solo bike tour and getting there was a bit challenging.
