The caretaker is so friendly,she accompanied us to buy some staffs from shops since we aint mobile,saying we cant prioritze our safety even thou it was during the day....the staff is also amazing doesnt bother ypu and they are so helpul

The bed was very uncomfortable, the bedding not so clean, the place looks nothing like the pictures.

There is security at night.

There was not receptionist only welcomed by a guy who we were sure if he is ab employee over there.

We did not check in as the place was smelling and the bed is hard as cement. Waiting for my refund as I had to go elsewhere for the night

The place needs to be cleaned and must be renovated for better ventilation you shouldn’t be advertising such a place

So, I drove on dirt road to hell to find a dark, dingy place. The place looked very old and tired. We paid for the night but did not stay. Please do not waste your hard earned money booking. Infact Booking.com I recommend removing iShoba Retreat from your website. It's a disgrace. I would love to get back my money, or I will stop using your app.
