"Agréable and enjoyable."

Querky, interesting, convenient, freedom to come and go and eat what and when you want.

Cleanliness.... but déco wouldn't help the impression of cleanliness.

location is very perfectly

Mr. Gary was a really nice guy. The lack of a baby cot in the facility was a big shortcoming. The bathroom of the room I stayed in was really bad. It had no door and was a sloppy decoration. On the other hand, there were too many items in the room and it did not give a feeling of spaciousness. but the location and courtyard was magnificent.
