"acceptable stay, good staff"

Good location, staff were quite friendly and helpful, felt secure

Wifi did not work in the room we stayed, was expecting a kitchenette as per photos but this was not so, communal kitchen. motion sensor in the room was super bright and kept waking us up if one of us moved. facilities are dated and shower door was missing.

"Needs a complete refurb."

The location was close to where I needed to be. The water cooler with cold water.

Wifi, room was too hot with very little air, poor coffee, only cremora provided, shower is hand held and the bath bends inwards as you stand, hangers broke, cupboard dirty, hole and cracks in window, poorly maintained, paint is yellow with age, pillows very large and hard. Small fan that blows hot air and is very noisy. Pool was green. Garden furniture dirty. Greeted at the gate by the Garden worker.
