Courteous staff Hospitality Timely addresing of all problems

Airport shuttle charges are very high (Driver took 2500 from Shillong airport to hotel, while, actually it is 1300) Room size is small Geyser occasionally not working Breakfast option is limited (Either paratha or puri bhaji with eggs) No lift (It is a problem if they give you room in 3rd floor) Location is a bit remote (A small lane from St. Peters School in Dhankheti) No option of lunch (only breakfast and dinner)
