The cooperation of the staff

I forgot my watch over there and the staff were unable to parcel it to my address... Even after numerous conversations with the manager regarding my watch.... He told me that he will parcel it to my address and will send someone when he is free.... but unfortunately.....still haven't received it....

The location was very bad. It was very difficult to find it. Parking was very bad. To get into the parking was a difficult task.

Accessible location. Pleasant exterior decorations in the staircase area.

Extremely pathetic and unprofessional staff who try to scam you. They asked me to cancel my booking.com's booking telling me they will upgrade me to a slightly larger room for an additional ₹300. The next morning at checkout, they started demanding full payment for that room which was ₹1500 more saying by mistake they mentioned that price and the original price won't work for them.They blocked the gate and didn't let us out until we paid the extra. ₹3500 in total for such a small dirty room is absolutely not worth it at all. Drained our vacation mood.
