Lovely new property with clean rooms- the little living area is a bonus!! Staff were so lovely and helpful

Bathroom had a musty smell- maybe get a dehumidifier to help with the condensation- wasn’t a major issue

This was a beautiful property. We stayed on the top floor with a private balcony and good view! The owner was away, and his parents who did not speak English were taking care of the property. Even with the language barrier they were very friendly and helpful and the son offered to talk over whatsapp if there were any issues. It was a lovely room, clean and comfy!

Our bedroom doors lock was installed upside down so the door to our room did not lock. We wanted to tell the owners parents who were looking after the property but there was a language barrier. We felt safe though at this property, but it may be something they should look at getting fixed.

The Inn is well located to visit Sirigiya and the surrounding sights. The house is fairly new and spacious. All in all staying here for one night was alright.

There was a bit of confusion when we arrived, which happens and the elderly couple resolved communication issues by calling their son who spoke to us over the phone. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner (e.g. the bins had rubbish in them). We were missing a window in the room, as it was fairly dark in there even during the day. There are big double doors which would be great to open for fresh air and the view, but there's no mosquito net and especially at night there were lots of bugs around.

The oweners was soooo nice. Its feels like family memebers , Great service and the breakfast was so nice and tasy. Home made foods. Rooms are in brand-new condition.

Accommodation is a brand new Sweet family running it With quality facilities Outstanding breakfast made by aunty ❤️

The staff was very friendly. Moreover, since this accommodation is connected to a lake, you can observe various animals such as birds, reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals. The facilities are clean and everything is satisfactory. I would like to stay here again next time I travel to Sigiriya.

You won't regret staying here.
