TAGBALAYON Lodging House

Staff were amazing, remembered my name, and were very helpful with information and arranging transportation. The restaurant is excellent, and breakfast is delicious with a big menu to appease all taste buds. The dorms were clean and well equipped with sheets and bath towels. Bathrooms also cleaned regularly though there is no soap or shampoo provided.. Water pressure and water heater was good and stayed consistent throughout the stay. I also really liked the chill area upstairs and the stunning tuboud beach across the street.

Location is a bit far from restaurants by foot, but is no issue if you have a moto. Personal lights in dorms were so bright that if one turned their light on, it lit up the bed above and adjacent. Lastly, this is not the fault of the hostel, just bad luck for me: there was a group of guests who partied every night just outside the dorms until 0130am making it impossible to sleep until they went to bed. Perhaps having enforced quiet hours would be a good idea?

ドミトリーに泊まりましたが、めちゃくちゃ快適。エアコンがちょうど良い温度に効いていて、シャワーも広く清潔。スタッフがいつも掃除してくれてます。 ホテルのように、きれいなシーツ。 旅人も夜はみんな静か。ほんと、最高でした。 二泊の予定を五泊に延長しました。 レストラン併設も楽でよかった。

共有エリアは道路に面しているから、車の騒音が常にします。それ以外は完璧！

Mi sono sentita subito a casa. Ho amato tutto di questo posto, a partire dal personale, che ti accoglie con una bibita fresca, perfetta sé hai avuto una lunga e calda giornata. A 2 passi dalla mia spiaggia preferita, la cucina è molto buona. Il dormitorio è grande ma con molta privacy e tranquillità.hanno proposto una cena con serata karaoke, molto divertente!!! E infine hanno servizi come i massaggi (consigliato!!!), tour e noleggio. Dovevo stare 2 giorni, sono rimasta quasi una settimana!!!

L’aria condizionata nel dormitorio per me troppo alta, ho preso l’influenza subito. Avrei dovuto chiedere una coperta. Pulizia delle doccie non molto accurata.

Excellent value for money for the private rooms. The accommodation is close to Tubod beach, which has excellent snorkelling right off the shore, and spaces under some trees for a beach day. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Short distance to San Juan and the main eateries and bars. The restaurant was good value for money, and we also made use of the laundry service too. Over 7 nights we stayed in 3 separate rooms, because there wasn’t a 7 night stretch in one when we booked. We’d recommend either the standard double or the deluxe bungalow if you’re looking for a private room. Not the standard bungalow. The deluxe bungalow was the most ideal for a budget conscious backpacking couple - furnished to a great standard for the price. The WiFi was very in this bungalow too. Karaoke night on Tuesdays which was good fun, with free rum and coke 🥃

The standard bungalow was slightly worse in terms of quality than the other rooms we stayed in. Had a slight damp smell, wasn’t older in furnishings and the WIFI was very slow, almost unusable at times. The bungalows were also in a mobile service dead zone for me. For almost the same price as the standard double, it was a little bit worse of a room.
