"Superb"

The host couple is very nice. The homemade breakfast is excellent. Coffee is great too. Also when we are waiting for the gate to open, then driving long trail to the house gives the sense of ritual. Got view to the beach from the balcony

It is not really dissatisfaction, just a thought. The night we stayed, there are lots of mosquitos, the host provided Electric mosquito repellent. In that case, we have to close the door to balcony. If there was some form of mosquito net, we could have left the door open and enjoyed the breeze.

"A Must Stay - A True Italian Experience"

We stayed here the night before flying out of Rome and back to the US. We liked the location because it was quiet and away from the city and the drive was only about 45 minutes to the airport. This worked well for us since we had a car. Parking was right at the property; safe and secure. The hosts spoke English quite well and were wonderful people! They served us beverages and homemade cookies/cake while we checked in. The breakfast was quite extensive; even offered and made us an American breakfast! They were very friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about making us comfortable and sharing information about the area. Since their larger room was vacant for that night, they upgraded our room at no charge. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room had a nice patio. It's an older home, but comfortable and our bathroom had been recently remodeled. It's a wonderful family farm with a view to the sea. It was as Italian as it gets, which is what we wanted for our last night in Italy. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay. Just wish we could have stayed here longer.

Stunning location. Slightly elevated with a beautiful view of the countryside and the sea. Property full of fruit and olive trees. Paradise. Magical beaches in easy driving distance.
