Our bathroom had no heating and was very cold
AU1. Location - in the centre of town, close to shops, restaurants and ferry. 2. Generous breakfast included in room price - continental plus cooked breakfast. We could choose from the menu each morning, what we wanted the owner to cook for us. 3. Deluxe Double Room (with bathroom) was on the first floor. It had enough space for two people with a lot of luggage. 4. Room was serviced daily. 5. Free WiFi. 6. Kettle, tea, coffee and milk available in the room. 7. Free street parking around the property.
1. No fridge or microwave. 2. No table and chairs. 3. No toiletries provided. 5. Tiny sink in the bathroom. 6. To access Netflix, you had to have your own account.
GBWe certainly enjoyed our stay here and would book again. I have stayed here before years ago and although the property has changed hands the standards are still high. The house is very clean and our room was very comfortable. Louise was a very warm and welcoming host. She has lots of useful local knowledge to help guests with their trips.The breakfast was excellent.

The shower room was very small, and the room was so hot! It may have been nice to have the radio on for background sound in the dining room, it was deathly silence in there.

GBVery comfortable & our room was spacious. Louise is an exceptional host, providing a good choice of places to dine out within walking distance. Breakfast was yummy. There’s a wonderful selection of cooked foods.

PLSuch a lovely place! Wonderful owner that make you feel as much as home, cosy and comfy room, outstanding tasty breakfast - and all of that in great location (NC500 route). I'll be back there for sure!
