ESThe location was very good
They have indicated that it is air conditionied. But they do not mention that it is a single air conditioner in front of the kitchen which is only useful for the shared area. The room has been equipped with a weak fan There is no shampoo and conditioner. Only some bath gel. Kitchen is very weak. There are some very very old colored glasses which are all damaged. The small rugs is wc and kitchen were very old and dirty. The room has very old lights which are used in tunnel!!!
CALocation was great! Pretty close to the downtown by walking.
Air conditioner is only in the living room, you have fan in the bedroom.
IRApart and Benef was more than great! we stayed there two nights, the location was great, the staff that we met was a very kind woman, check in was smooth and easy. Interior design is cool and everything you would want is already provided for you. there were total four rooms and two bathrooms and it was so comfortable to share them with other people because we never even saw bathrooms occupied. the room was also quite comfortable, just one minor detail: inside the room there is no AC, instead there is a fan. But In the end our stay was really enjoying and comfortable! if we come back to Valencia, we will definitely book that place again!
