"Asukoht on suurepärane, samuti hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on paigas."

Asukoht oli väga hea, linna keskuses. Tuba oli ruumikas, kõik vajalik olemas.

Vannitoas oleks võinud olla kätepesuks vedelseep. Maja sissepääsu trepp oli kõrge ja mitte heas korras.Öösel sadanud lörts oli hommikuks trepi libedaks muutnud, trepp oli hooldamata. Ööläbi kostus kõrvaltoast jutukõminat.
