There was a washer and dryer, free to use. Soap provided on the day I was there. The kitchen was fine. My room had only bed and bath. I thought it would be a whole apartment, but the kitchen and laundry were outside my room in a communal area. Nice desk for computer work.

Communication without knowing the language was VERY difficult. The building's address was #6, as listed, but that was a closed pub. I was given the lockbox combination and got inside the front door. But then what? There was no sign indicating where the rooms were. I tried a door and it opened. I was in a small storage area. I tried the door in that area and it opened. There was a set of concrete stairs. I took them. At the top I saw rooms #1 and #2. I kept walking and finally found my room, #3. None of those instructions were given, either in Estonian or English, before I arrived. I was just given the code for the lockbox. I didn't know whether the rooms were in the pub building or next door or . . .??? The name on the pub is not quite the same name, Tahe Maja, as used on booking.com.

Very easy to access, dog friendly, close to everything in city centre :) simplistic but nice price so nothing to complain about.
