Good location in the middle of town. Free parking nearby although for limited times. Easy to find. Such a comfy bed! I had a great night's sleep. Lots of pillows, blankets, fluffy towels, power shower. Everything you might need is provided, including helpful touches such as charging cables. The host is available in case of problems and goes the extra mile to ensure a happy stay. Lots of comfort for the price point.

A little noisy due to other rooms to let in the same building with limited soundproofing. My neighbours were very considerate, but I could hear everything they said/did - and presumably they could hear the same from me... Lots of steps up to the property, not a problem for me but can imagine might be tricky for others.

It was a lovely size room, very clean with all that you could need and more (fridge, corkscrew and picnic bag). The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It was quiet as well. Brilliant value for money. We’ll definitely stay again.

Obviously no parking but it’s Dartmouth so expected. The main thing is that I checked for steps beforehand because I have bad knees. The answer I saw to the question was 12 steps up the spiral staircase. However there’s also about the same amount leading up from the pavement, which are a little deep, although there is a handrail. I managed them (easier going up than down for me) and it wouldn’t stop me returning but something to be aware of for some people.

Clean, comfortable and well situated near the centre of the town.

Very good location near to town centre and the critical areas near the waterfront. The property was clean and very well presented. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were in good order.

No breakfast which we expected at a b&b.

I have very painfull arthritic knees. I would not have booked the property had ll known that the only access was up steep steps. I could not carry a bag up to the patio area. Spiral stairs were not much easier

Over-priced, and rather mis-advertised...

Thoughtful touches like picnic bag. Place was clean and bed comfortable. The shower was also powerful even if small space. Location suited is although it was a little noisy in the evening. Great to have a balcony.

I would add some herbal teas and shower/hair products. Noise from outside at night from the pubs
