Everything was perfect, it was the most wonderful place to stay. The owners are so kind. For sure we gonna come back one day!

I was especially impressed with how well Maria and her mom maintained the rooms, garden, and entire property. The flexible check-in and check-out options were also a great convenience. Another standout feature of Voula Studios is its location—just 10 minutes from the center and a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. It's very peaceful at night, which we loved. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and worked flawlessly.

The shower could be improved, but it’s not a big deal since you don’t need much after a day at the beach.

This was the second time we stayed in voula studios and we absolutely love it! It’s located 5 minutes away from the best part of the faliraki beach, which is very comfortable. The family who owns this place is exceptionally nice and kind. Rooms are very neat and are cleaned every day. If I ever decide to visit Rhodes again i without a doubt will book with them again!

Inonly have to say good things about Maria, who did everything she could to make sure we had a good stay, but can be consider very good

I need to highlight a few points: 1. The advertising on Booking referred to a 2-bedroom quadruple apartment, but there are no doors separating the two bedrooms. My wife, my daughter and I stayed there. There is no privacy for the couple or their teenage. 2. The room advertised as having air conditioned, but the second bedroom only has a fan, which takes a long time to cool down and reach a pleasant temperature. 3. We booked a room with a sea view, but we were on the first floor and we could barely see anything. 4. The bathroom is a disaster. There is no window, There is only a tiny 60x60 cm square surrounded by a plastic curtain for the shower. The locks are very old, they don't work properly, they make a lot of noise, and the toilet flush is old and noisy. When someone uses the toilet in the middle of the night, it wakes everyone up. 5. The check-in is allowed until 11:30 pm. A group arrived on Tuesday, checked in at 11:30 pm and woke up the entire building. 6. Buckets and brooms are everywhere, a car full of bed linen and towels to be washed keept at the reception, every time. 6. The lights on the circularion area have no presence sensor. The gasts turned it on but it doesn't turn off automactly. The light invade The rooms and it is not good to sleep 7. The localisation is horrible. In the last night somebody skratched my rented car. I needed to pay 950 Euros to the Renter Horrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.

It's in a good location, very clean and close to the beach.

really good location 5-10 minutes from faliraki, well connected by buses/taxis. room was lovely, very spacious, nice big bed. hotel is right next to the beach with plenty of restaurants. Excellent staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Maria even helped us book a taxi when we were tight for time before getting to the airport. definitely recommend.
