"Fabulous Guest House"

Very friendly. Sensational breakfast. Relaxing. Clean. Parking around the back. Extremely welcoming and helpful owners. Some great pubs and restaurants close by.

We used the Taxi call button and we felt we were ripped-off with a highly circuitous route to our destination! Not - I hasten to add - the fault of Gary and Lizzie. But beware - have a clear destination if you use this service and don't be vague.

Breakfast was delicious, with a different menu every day, and served in a very cozy room. Room for 3 was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hosts were wonderful, and gave us some very good tips on places to eat and things to do :)

Only downside was no hairdryer and had to take the bus in order to get to the city quickly (a very short ride though, and buses were always passing through at all times, bus stop right across the street).

Het ontbijt was top, we konden kiezen uit verschillende soorten en zelfs voor take-away. Elke dag was er ook een special.

De kamer was groot genoeg, maar ik miste kastruimte om mijn spullen in kwijt te kunnen.

It’s cleaned good location and not far from University. Bed is so comfy! Easy to park just in front of Guesthouse. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend

The breakfast was lovely, the room immaculate, with a super comfy bed, and Lizzie was the most wonderful hostess. This far surpassed any expectations I'd had, and I would definitely come again. Brilliant location, and they really did think of everything when it comes to amenities and info provided to the guest - highly recommend. Thank you for letting a solo scientist coming to Edinburgh for a conference feel so at home!

Principalmente la atención y el trato de Lizzie y Gary, muy amables en todo momento interesándose por ayudar en lo que pudieran. La ubicación no está mal, con un paseito de 25 minutos te encajas en el centro, siendo muy agradable viendo pequeños comercios, edificios y la ciudad en si. Repetiremos.
