Midigama Villa Resort

The family here is super nice, my stay was very comfortable.

Very nice place. The location is very close to lazy right and lazy left but also devil island and sion surf break. Very close to the beach of midigama and with a bus stop directly on the corner. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the area is quiet and a few meters away from the main road so you will not hear the busy traffic at night. There is even an outdoor and indoor stove so that you can cook your own food. The whole place has beautiful plants and flowers that give a nice tropical vibe. I keep on getting mangos and bananas from the lovely owners. The owners are very genuine and helpful. It has a nice rooftop, where you can watch the sunrise and set.

Mein Aufenthalt im Villa Resort war einfach rundum perfekt! Die Lage ist ideal – eingebettet zwischen den schönsten Stränden von Midigama. Mit dem Fahrrad, das ich mir direkt im Guesthouse ausleihen konnte, bin ich ganz entspannt nach Weligama und zum Kabalana Beach gefahren, um zu surfen. Einfach traumhaft! Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Die Familie ist unglaublich herzlich, liebevoll und voller positiver Energie. Man wird sofort willkommen geheißen und fühlt sich wie zuhause. Papa Ranjit ist eine echte Inspiration – nicht nur wegen seiner tollen Kochtipps, die ich mitnehmen durfte, sondern auch durch seine Art und Lebensweise. Mama Indrani strahlt eine wunderbare Ruhe aus und kümmert sich mit viel Liebe nicht nur um ihre Enkelin, sondern auch um die vielen Blumen und Pflanzen, die das gesamte Anwesen so lebendig und einzigartig machen. Alles in allem war es ein unglaublich entspannter, bereichernder und lehrreicher Aufenthalt, den ich jederzeit wiederholen würde. Absolute Empfehlung! Godak Aderei, Sonia ☀️
