I loved the service, the room, the pool. It’s a really fabulous please to stay and incredible value. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property with great hosts, nice grassy courtyard and refreshing swimming pool. Great breakfast with eggs and fresh juice made to order. And an easy walk to the coral garden, turtle beach and many restaurants.

Just the sound of trains that I was able to ignore after the first day.

De accommodatie ligt vlakbij een treinspoor waar je wakker van wordt vroeg in de ochtend. ‘s nachts heb je daar verder geen last van.

The property is situated a good way from the main road, so you are away from the hustle of the Main Street. Large comfortable rooms, very clean and with air conditioning. The fabulous breakfast, we were that full we often did not have lunch. Enjoying relaxing in the garden and using the pool. Most of all were all the staff, such wonderful people who could not do enough to help. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all. The staff were fantastic in organising trips and airport transfers.

Mooi terrein op een centrale locatie. De douche was lekker groot en het zwembad was heerlijk.

Kleine dingen. Het spoor is dichtbij dus je hoort de trein savonds en sochtends een beetje. De douche loopt niet helemaal goed af. En op de benedenverdieping heb je inderdaad een grote glazen schuifdeur waardoor je gevoelsmatig wat minder privacy hebt.

We had a fantastic time here. The team were so welcoming, our room was excellent and very clean, and they surprised us with a flower decoration for our honeymoon. The location was perfect, close to the beach and quiet.

The train is pretty close and runs through the night however the room is well insulated so we didn’t really hear it.

This wasbest accomodation so far from all the months i ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Staff is extremely friendly and time to time i was thinking about “we people from europe, we are not really ready for that big kindness they can give to us”. Just the stay here, environment, staff, privacy and almost brand new facility is amazing combination of comfort and everything what you need. Highly recommended!

We were really impressed with this hotel. It’s quite small and in a beautiful setting. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was perfect, spotlessly clean and everything you needed was there. The bathroom was huge with a lovely big shower! Large comfortable bed and really good air conditioning. We would happily stay here again!
