Good location, clean and comfortable did exactly what I wanted from a guest house.

Friendly welcome and was able to drop my bag off early. Clean even in the shared bathroom/toilet. Basic and cheap accommodation that suited me for the last night of my Scotland trip. Sink in the room was helpful. Tea and coffee in room plus shower gel and towels. Tv with lots of channels. Centrally located on a historical street.

The stairs! I was at the top but luckily the host helped me with my suitcase. The window didn’t open, if it opened it would really help the room to not feel so cramped.

Spotlessly clean room and bathrooms. Host allowed me to store my bicycle inside.

There was a Room which was just bigger than an Airplane toilet. The Beds were Old, Shaky, and with dead mattresses. No Personal bathroom, Shared bathroom, not Clean. The lighting was poor. The lift was not available, so we had to take the suitcases up a thin staircase to the second floor. There was no place to keep the suitcases, as the room was too small. No Iron was available. Carpets were smelly and old.

The accommodation was only a short walk from the train/bus station. The proprietor was very friendly and informative. It was near shops and restaurant and harbour for tall ships
