"Simple property, good value for money"

The owners were lovely, kind, warm and friendly. Good breakfast. Room was clean.

Parking was difficult. Sat nav took me through the LEZ, incurring a fine (no fault at all of the Alba but one to be aware of when heading there)

Very much welcomed to the Guest House upon arrival , very happy and friendly, also very informative about local bus service , any activities. Food very good , hot , tasty and a good selection of cereals also .

No sausages offered for breakfast !! 😕 🤣

Nicely decorated and clean premises with friendly hosts. My room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was cooked to perfection...would definitely stay here again.

Nothing negative comes to mind.

Very glad of access to kitchen facilities. Room was great and very thoughtfully provided.

Cooked breakfast fell a little short of what I remember from a previous stay and felt a wee bit rushed. However, overall provisions meant there was plenty of other, nourishing food.
