Having to sleep with 1 blanket in a room without any form of heating in this freezing weather. No kettle no tea making facility. No cup no glass.

In a very quiet area and the hosts were great

Our room was expensive but didn't have any air ventilation, no window nothing and the guests in the other room were very loud we could hear everything
