Guesthouse Mintaro Hut

Firstly, Hide the host was extremely friendly. The house is clean, very well decorated with good music in the background in the main room. Lots of stuff was free of use in the house, like free juice and free bread for breakfast. The host was very nice, recommended us an extremely good and cheap restaurant in the midst of the Yamagata festival. Lots of manga available in the house if you want to chill and read while listening good music. Bath to take a small Onsen in the shower room.

就像回到自己的老家一般舒服，老闆和小幫手在傍晚時就會開始不間斷地製作各種料理，其他入住者也都非常親切友善，讓我度過了非常溫暖又幸福的一晚。 老闆彈結他唱歌很好聽。

厠浴在下層，常常要走落一層。眾人吃晚飯，我入浴室沖涼有點尷尬。

The location was great. There were some room and bed comfortable. If you like connecting with people this is the place to be. They cook meals every evening based on donation. It is optional of course if you wish to join. Tip: get off at Yamagata station not the one Google maps says. Yamagata station also has many shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Incredible staff, the hosts are so kind and make you feel at home, there’s a group dinner you can join every night and it’s always amazing food. Great location in between Kita-Yamagata and Yamagata station. I will definitely return, I really loved staying here
