The accomodation was nice and spacious for all of us. I loved the family history and antique decor. It was clean.

The WiFi wasn’t working the whole entire time we were there and that was disappointing. The staff were not friendly and when we tried to check availability with the lady that answered the phone, she said she didn’t know how to use the system, she was standing in for someone.

Hi, The emergency response was extremely poor and delayed. It felt like we were completely trapped inside the facility in case any emergency support was needed. The bathroom facilities were very poor. We were 7 guests and there was only one bathroom available. This was a very bad experience. Additionally, there was no proper lighting in the bathroom. Although a light was installed, it did not work at night (from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). The kitchen water pipes were not functioning properly due to poor maintenance. The TV unit was also not working properly, and the screen frequently showed disturbances. The Wi-Fi facility was very bad—there was no signal and no connectivity. There were also many reptiles entering the house. We had a very frightening experience when a snake entered the kitchen at night. Our children and family members were extremely scared. We shouted, screamed, and called for emergency support for almost 45 minutes, but there was no immediate response. There is no laundry facility available. Overall, my experience was very bad and extremely uncomfortable. Sorry to say, if you are looking for a place that offers safety and comfort for your family, kindly do not choose this place.
