Please note that the covered swimming pool is open in the summer months starting from June to September Please note, guests wishing to check in later than 16:00 must contact the property ahead of time to arrange late check-in. Guests are required to supply their name as it appears on their card and the address, including the post code, of the card that is used at the time of booking. There is a strict policy that only guests booked are permitted on site at any time. There is only one allocated parking space per unit. When booking last minute please allow 2 hours before check in,or call the property to see if your room is ready.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Wedding anniversary get away"

Perfect location in the new forest, Decent sized room, clean, really friendly owners, had own private hot tub, free use of the swimming pool that was onsite, really lovely swan towel display with roses, bed was really comfortable.

Didn’t have hot chocolate sachets/hot chocolate for non coffee/tea drinkers, part from that nothing else bad to say!

Mike and Mandy were so welcoming and very friendly. The whole place was so clean and fresh. Such lovely attention to detail including the swan towels and rose petals due to emailing before hand as my partner and I were celebrating our anniversary. Will 100% be returning.

The hosts were amazing with lots of personal touches in our room, such as the romantic swan towels and rose petals and chocolate Easter bunnies. They were very kind and attentive. The accommodation was very clean and homely, the hot tub was amazing and there was a beautiful garden view. Would definitely come again!
