Appartamento super confortevole con tante piccole attenzioni che ti fanno sentire accolto nel migliore dei modi. Erica gentilissima, sempre sorridente e pronta a rispondere e a dare consigli sulla zona. Il panorama dalla finestra una chicca non da poco!

This place is located on a quiet side street just a few steps from the restaurants and the main square in the charming, medieval town of Anghiari. The windows of Nero Gioconda offer stunning views especially for lovers of Tuscan views of hills covered with cypresses and pine trees and the roofs of medieval castles. Staying at this cosy place is even more enjoyable because everything is perfectly clean and pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the bedding is soft to the touch, and the room is full of snacks – coffee, tea, water, and sweets. In addition, the extremely hospitable and caring hostess, Erica, took care of us from the moment we arrived in the vicinity and supported us with every request we made until we left. She also surprised us with a few surprises – a better room than we had booked and... a delicious local cake as a welcome gift!

Fantastica camera situata nella parte antica di Anghiari, celebre borgo della battaglia dove, nel 1440, i fiorentini sconfissero i milanesi. La gentilezza della Sig.ra Erika, la pulizia della camera e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono certamente punti a favore di questa splendida struttura. Infine, il panorama che si vede dalla camera posta all'ultimo piano della caratteristica palazzina, è sublime. Voto 10.

Appartamento in pieno centro storico, bello, pulito, accogliente, una coccola. Erika di una dolcezza e disponibilità che non si trovano più in giro. Mi ha fatto trovare anche il dolce di benvenuto, di una pasticceria locale. Consigliatissima e sicuramente se dovessi ricapitare in zona tornerò da lei. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Se non ho dato 10 è solo per far capire che un mio 8, vale più di un dieci su una scala valutativa. Innanzitutto Erica (la titolare) si presenta benissimo all'accoglienza clienti, puntuale precisa attenta al dettaglio (voto +)! la stanza ove ho pernottato sul finire della settimana passata era stra confortevole, fresca, pulita idem il bagno così come comodo e ben fornito lo spazio vivanderia caffetteria per la prima colazione. posizione centrale nel centro storico di Anghiari e parcheggio a distanza di brevissima camminata in zona free. Lo consiglio.

*Note- my husband made the reservation, his photo, but I stayed at this booking alone and wrote the review. I can highly recommend staying at the Nero Giaconda for many reasons. First, I feel the host can enhance your stay and Erica is one of those hosts. She is fun, informative and very accommodating. I was hiking the St. Francis Camino to Citerna and had no way to get to Anghiari. She generously picked me up and the following day brought me back to the trail start. Second- the accommodations were excellent. Air conditioning if needed, beautiful furnishings, a separate kitchen, an unbelievable view, and many little extra touches (like a delicious pastry). Finally, the town of Anghiari was beautiful- I had a lovely dinner at a local restaurant and afterwards ran into a local celebration of laughter, music, and town pride. This is a place where you can experience genuine Italian culture, and your host is a wonderful representative.

Ottima esperienza, Erica è gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha proprio sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo!
