Not very clean. There is no working fan in the room, so very uncomfortable on a night time

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Were only able to access the space over an hour after the previously stated check in time. Bugs in the room, horrible smell, dirty fridge, musty rugs, moldy shower curtain. We called immediately to refund our stay & had to pay more for an alternative stay. Now over 2 months later we are still waiting for a refund. The accomodation knowingly ignores our calls, but when we call from friends' numbers, they suddenly answer in the first call - super unprofessional.

Decoration is nice and this is what make you book this structure but in reality once you are in the room there is mold in the bathroom, cleaniness is an option. I had to go and by my own towel as the towel provided was dirty with blood. No door in the shower so everytime we will take a shower the floor was flooded with water, the towel mat was soaked and as they do not clean you room even if you stay more than a night you cannot change it. when we arrived we did not remark the smell of mold as the smell of bleach that they used to clean the room covered it but the second day we were smelling the mold.

I booked this hotel last minute. In the booking website nowhere is written that it is a self check-in structure. I arrived earleir than the check in time hoping that there was how to leave the luggage. NO possible. Moreover once at the address there is no sign of the guesthouse. So you start to think that the property does not exist. After one hour from my payment and sending a message to the owner, NO ANSWER. Not even an automatic message that explain you that the structure is a self check in structure, no insturctions with code or so ever. You are completly left without information. Finally after more then an hour the owner replied but with a rough message and bothered why I tried to contact him several times. Nowadays there are way to activate automatic message if you do not want to be bothered or involved at all with the customer. You just have to invest, You cant expect not to pay and just earn and not to be bothered by your customer. When you decide to open a guesthouse you know you are offering a service and CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key. I would not suggest to stay here if you are looking for good customer care, clean enviroment. If you do not have internet in your phone, you wont be able to enter as you will need it to open the door via the internet. If you count on the promptness of the owner to answer, forget about it.

Nothing. Everything was horrible and dirty.

It is a rundown property which is dirty and in horrible condition. It definitely doesn't look anything like online in real life. Avoid this place for sure.

Clean and close to metro

Self check in was difficult. No storage for the guest if arrival earlier than check in time. No in person service.
