Tao Thong Villa 2

E' un paradiso questo hotel, lontano da tutto, pochi ospiti (con spiaggia privata) pace, natura, snorkeling, animali di bosco, gechi, lucertole, scoiattoli, insomma, natura pura e mare pieno di pesci colorati, ho visto anche una tartaruga. Le stanze sono arroccate sulla roccia tutte con vista mare, il ristorante che è anche bar, è su pilastri sul mare dove si può cenare con vista sul tramonto ogni sera.

uscire e entrare dl posto richiede di salire e scendere su scale e se non hai lo scooter, rimani nel complesso che non è male però.

Le lieu est privilégié, hors du temps. Les bungalows sont confortables, équipés d’un frigo et d’une bouilloire ce qui est très appréciable et offrent une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le personnel adorable, une mention spéciale à Oum qui a fait de notre séjour un vrai petit cocon. Le restaurant est délicieux, la terrasse hyper chill en fin de journée pour voir le coucher de soleil. La petite plage est un endroit parfait pour faire du snorkeling, des masques et tubas sont mis à disposition.

Excellent séjour, plongé dans l’univers de Koh Tao. Une vie à en couper le souffle et un personnel très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

It was out of the way which was lovely. It has its own little cove where you can dive for free, and was a lovely break away from the chaos of Koh Tao. The onsite restaurant was handy and reasonably priced.

Wir waren jetzt bereits zum dritten mal dort und es hat uns mal wieder so richtig gut gefallen. Die Lage auf der Insel ist sowas von traumhaft. Für uns immer das Highlight unserer Thailandreise.

The place has potential thanks to its secluded location, but the experience was disappointing. No one welcomed us upon arrival, and we had to carry our luggage down steep, unsafe stairs on our own. The food was below standard (fish frozen inside, overpriced and minimal fruit salad), and the staff were lying on the guest terrace watching TikTok with loud sound, which ruined the quiet atmosphere. There is no Wi-Fi and no cellular reception at all. The stairs and walkways are hazardous and without handrails — to the point that even a staff member said she could not pass through there and did not escort us to the room. The property needs proper maintenance and professional management before justifying its prices. In its current state, I cannot recommend it.
