I think your reception staff is stealing the breakfast money if guests pay in cash. I had booked my accommodation via Booking.com. I was under the impression that it included breakfast. I was told by the receptionist that it did not include breakfast. That was not a problem for me. I offered to pay for breakfast by swiping my cash card as I did not have cash money. She said the problem with paying by card is that there will be 15% VAT. I said I had no problem with that. She insisted that if I have no cash in my pocket, I can pay by e-wallet. I asked into whose cellphone number? She said I can pay into her cellphone number, which I did. But then I expected that she would issue a receipt. She did not. I guess that money went into her own pocket, R300.

Staff reception was friendly and the guest house is clean. They were also helpful and responded quickly to my request
