it was clean and neat like in the pictures. The staff was okay

when we got to the room there where no towels, the refrigerator was switch off so when we got there is had a terrible smell. also they had a kettle and cups but no coffee, tea and sugar. they need to improve on making sure their stuff does room inspection before the guests arrive. we can’t be inquiring about basics that we are suppose to find in the room.

I got disappointed when I had to ask staff for boiled water as there was no kettle in the room. Also there was no light in the bathroom. Staff claimed that the cleaner didn’t report that
