Stay is good but staff behavior is not good

Such poor bedsheets and beds provided no AC at all and the room not smells good.

Nothing

Receptionist/ Manager not welcoming. He told on immediate arrival that room booked was not available. Late night went with two kids, told us we should have called them before coming. Clearly our booking was with them. So offer a room, fussy, with cockraches, bad toilet not able to flush, told us will charge an extra Rupee 400/- for making air conditioning open. We arrived by 23:00 hrs and left hotel by next day morning 10:00 hrs, they charged Rupees 2000/-

It had good wifi bandwith.

It was the worst experience in my entire business tours. Rooms floor were sticky, windows were dirty, curtains were worst. There was fungus all over the tiles in washroom. Lizards, spiders and cockroaches. Blankets were dirty and smelly. Using that itching started on my body. I paid the entire amount but checked out a day prior. Highly NOT RECOMMEND.
