Ellátás itt nincs. Személyzet nincs. A szobák igeny szerint fűthetők, hűthetők. Azt később fedeztük fel, hogy van közös konyha, felszerelve alap konyhai eszközökkel. A panzio elhelyezkedese kiváló. Ár érték arányban nagyon jó.

Poloha v centre mesta, parkovanie vo dvore, nakoľko sme boli jediní. Pri 2 autách by to nebolo možné. Soľná baňa k dispozícii, príjemné spestrenie pobytu.

Nastavenie tv len v maďarčine. Pri problémoch si neporadíte, ak neovládate tento jazyk.

Hotel bol skvelo situovaný v centre mesta. Človek mohol využiť soľnú jaskyňu bezplatne v rámci ubytovania. Na izbe boli pohodlné matrace. Uteráky boli k dispozícii bezplatne na izbe.

Spoločná kuchyňa bola k dispozícii, avšak nerátali sme, že v kuchyni bude iba mikrovlnka a kanvica. Očakávali sme aspoň dvojplatničku. V hoteli sa nonstop svietilo, čo nám prišlo zbytočné plytvanie. Izba bola v poriadku, ale kúpeľňa bola špinavá - najmä dlážka. Okrem prachu boli na zemi aj obaly z dámskych hygienických potrieb a vlasy. Tiež sme všetko zamykali, ale areál mal nonstop otvorenú bránu pre autá dokorán.
