La amabilidad del personal. Tenía que imprimir una cosa urgentemente, y ellos me lo hicieron con una generosidad impresionante.

La ducha no regula la temperatura y sale muy poca agua.

Perfect location. Walking distance from Alona. One of the most affordable hotels within this location.

Slow/barely working WiFi, room had no soap, shampoo nor toilet paper.

Good location, although the hotel itself is a bit difficult to find. Very convenient to get to the airport. Very good price.

Well, it's not that bad, but there are some inconveniences: this is the only place where the bed linen seemed to be not clean, the pillows were very high and hard and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on your stomach :) Also, there was no shower to wash up after checking out. Usually hotels has such option.

Pretty central place down a path off the main road. Seems like a building site but the place itself is tucked away in the corner. I had an upper room. Basic and comfortable with decent air con. Nice chill out area by reception. Free coffee.

Welcome was a bit flat people in this industry should be trained in the basics of customer relations. Having said that the lady in the morning was friendly enough.

Great location. It had bike parking and was close enough to walk to the beach. It is hidden away behind the main area so very quiet.

This is the first place in the Philippines that I have found the staff to not be that great. When I arrived, the woman was on her phone and sort of ignored me – gave me my key, but I had to come back down to ask about the Internet and to get a towel. She was more concerned with her phone than her customers.
