Personal muy amable, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites (información, tours, transfers, etc...). Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno incluido. Cama cómoda y grande. Bien por el precio que pagas.

Anton is enorm behulpzaam en heeft ons naar de vulkaan gereden. Ook heeft de accommodatie een prima terras en uitzicht

Wij kregen een kamer met schimmel op het dak in de badkamer, vlekken op de handdoeken en bedlinnen en het stonk in de kamer naar de schimmel. Wij hebben na een lange reisdag toch overnacht en hebben de volgende dag de klachten aangegeven. Wij werden wakker van honden, hanen en geluid op het terras. Na de vulkaan beklimming kregen wij een andere kamer, maar ook hier vlekken, schimmel en zelfs lekkage met druppels op het bed toen de douche aanstond. Anton is heel vriendelijk, maar dit was een onhygiënische plek. Wij hebben zelfs besloten weg te gaan en een andere overnachting te boeken.

Anton, the host, is just the best! He was really happy and welcoming when we arrived, arranged a good bike for us, gave recommendations and was very friendly. I forgot my stuffed animal and he made sure it came back to me!!!

we was welcome by a cockroach 😂. there is alot of dirty stain on bed sheet. dirty toilet and floor. cannot sleep because of the noise coming from the street beside.

Great location just a short walk from the town centre and overlooking rooftops, and views to the volcanoes. My room was huge, the bed comfy enough, and there's a good terrace for relaxing if it's sunny. It's a simple place but good value. I did the sunrise volcano trek with the guide Marison who was excellent. They also arrange transport to various places which is handy. Free drinking water via refilling your bottles.

Berastagi can get quite cold, and some hot water for the shower would have been nice. It was a bit of a character-building challenge without it, but I managed. Breakfast is included but it's nothing to write home about. Better than nothing though.

the kindness of the owner, he gave us a paper map when we arrived! I haven't had one in years, and it's always very useful. he gives all the facilities for whatever you want. 10 min far for the city center

The washbasin could be a little cleaner and the toilet pipe works 🫣
