Location was good

Entrance to reception, no reception just a kitchen area and a guest working at table who thought was MOS ! She advised to look at sign on door for room number and that the key would be left in the door. Kitchen area stunk of food being cooked. Bed linen had black stains, heating don’t come on when adjusted radiators. Shower hose holder wobbling on wall, toilet roll holder fell off when taking paper off it. Drains in bathroom stunk, mini fridge was so noisy kept us awake. Info card in room had contact numbers if any problems which no one answered! Left a message on one number and text it and then got a text saying someone will be there in 40 mins. Guy arrived said he would bring clean bed linen and turn heating up in our room. He return with “clean” linen which was screwed up and so creased I did not change the bed as it was worse than the other set on bed.

Good location. Lovely building. Easy to find and had everything you needed.

The property wasn't very clean. Hairs on bedding. Floors not clean. Toilets needed to be treated for timescale, making them look dirty. Fixtures not fitted properly, gaps around sockets, curtain hooks hanging off the wall, marks on the walls. Beds not comfortable. A bit of a shame as the location was great and the barn had lots of space and the gardens are beautifully kept.

Stains on matress, duvets on single beds should be in the bin, mould around bath, very squeaky double bed, glasses & cutlery were dirty & someone's dirty socks under one matress & behind the bed & toaster looked disgusting

Comfortable bed, extremely neat and clean. So quiet and Longwood is a cute village. Very good value for money

Everything was fantastic

Kitchen was quite adequate but constantly smelt of curry. The grounds seemed immaculate and tidy, every thing including room was very clean

No shelf in bathroom or plug cover, shower door got stuck and my daughter had to open for me, only l hook which we put towel on so nowhere for your clothes. Couldnt open one of the windows in room. Tv old and we had to operate manually as remote not working. Only 1 bed had bedside cabinet and bed linen old. Small fridge on floor. First impression like a hostel.

Bedding was of a poor quality & way too many signs of rules stick to the walls around the room.
