Host was very accommodating. Lovely accomodation and location.

We have stayed in various rooms over the last few year's. Every time we visit we are really impressed with the cleanliness, the outside area which is very well kept.

The only issues we have had are the televisions sometimes not working or the remote control diss not work.

Holly barn which we stayed in was very lovely comfy roomie was suitable for a family of four, spacious bedroom lounge area kitchen bathroom with a bath as well as shower

Initially we found hair in the shower tray and on the bedsheets we stayed in room one of the guest house and unfortunately they’ve got a heat pump in a cupboard in that room as the evening progressed the noise from the cupboard was very annoying and we knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep in this room contacted the site staff who rang the boss and we were quickly moved to another room( holly barn) upstairs which exceeded our expectations

The location was amazing! Country side and 15 minute walk from a pub or small shop if needed. Place was clean comfy and warm and the kitchen was well equipped

Only thing I could slightly moan about is the hours the hot tub is open

I didn’t, unfortunately.

I booked a room with a private entrance, which was clearly stated in the description of the room I booked. This was necessary for us. Unfortunately when we arrived, we realised the apartment they’d put us in was through a shared kitchen (much to our surprise, we opened the door to people making dinner) and up some extremely steep and creepy stairs. When I raised this with them via booking.com, they were very rude in their reply and refused to acknowledge their description was wrong. They then just ignored us completely. The apartment was done in the cheapest way possible. The furniture was awful, uncomfortable and filthy. The bed was shockingly uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the towels were so worn they were crispy. All of the cups/plates were dirty. Give we were unknowingly above a shared kitchen, there was constant noise and no doubt we woke people up going up and down the stairs through the night and early in the morning. This place is terrible and I would never stay here again.
