The property location was good and the price was good for stay , but how they scam or fraud is in food menu first they show you menu with completely different prices and once you ask them to check out or pay then the mother here and her son will come with local people ( his friends ) and then she will say oh by mistake I gave you old menu then she will show the menu in Georgian language and it will have a different price , for example in there English menu they showed us was for chicken BBQ 15 GEL and the. What was written in other menu she showed us in last day was 35 GEL and then the mother was saying I don’t know and her son name is George who was translator in English and then we had no option other than paying them the money they asked for , I would recommend that you stay there and go for hiking and before ordering food with them just confirm every time , and they will say pay later on but i would say pay them daily basis so they don’t have a option to scam at last

The menu and the prices the showed us was different and the cleaning for this place was not good

Very friendly owner, great breakfast, nice village atmosphere and the acomodation is very close to multiple touristic atractions. Thanks for Georgi and his mother <3

The family were exceptionally warm and welcoming and took care of our every need. If you are lucky enough to connect with the other travelers, the veranda has multiple areas to hang out, eat together and/or relax. Otherwise, there are also other common areas with beautiful views if you are looking for more privacy. The cooking and meals are delicious, the animals were super cute and friendly, and there is lots to do in the surrounding areas: hike to 3 waterfalls or a cave, or drive to the hot springs or canyons. I had the most wonderful time. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The family, location and the food.

They changed the booking all by themselves from two rooms to one and updated in booking.com to reflect one room for only two of our family members. Rest of two family members were supposed to find another hotel room somewhere. Insane people at far end of the village with no mobile service.. Going up that unpaved road had vibes of the song hotel California. We wanted to check out and leave ! beware !

Very friendly hostess, made the best chaczapuri I've ever had and served a lovely homemade white wine. There were also two lovely kittens for cat lovers :)

Really kind lady, she prepared delicious dinner and breakfest. The room was nice.

The animals were a little loud during the night.
