The staff were so amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. The location was superb. Yes there were a lot of steps but staff were really willing to help with anything. The standard of cleanliness was excellent.

Staff so friendly and helpful, particularly with departure, booking a taxi and communicating possible problems regarding a train strike.

With hindsight, we would have booked a balcony, there are few shady places in Monopoli to sit and read
