The perfect location to explore Monopoli! Gorgeous view from the balcony, and super sweet and responsive staff. They helped tell us where to park our rental car and even helped carry our luggage the 8 minute walk to the hotel. We got locked out of our room on the balcony and they were great with answering our call and got us back in quickly! We enjoyed our stay (:

Our A/C unit started leaking down the wall when we used it and there was some signs of water damage on the bathroom wall as well. Didn't impact us too much as we still used the A/C and they fixed it once we checked out. The tub also took a very long time to fill up with the small faucet because it's so big, but we just planned accordingly and drew it like 30 minutes before wanting to use it. Nothing too bad!

Cute little room with a sea view terrace. Very comfortable bed with a stone wall. A little small but very clean. We were only there one night and it was rainy weather but enjoyed our stay. Vanessa was very accomadating and nice.

Location in the heart of the old town, sea view and large terrace all excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. A wonderful stay.

Nothing I didn't like. Four flights of stairs to the room which weren't a problem for us but may trouble some. Fantastic views as a result.

Amazing view from our 4th floor terrace! Staff are really friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect.

Parking is a bit problematic - we parked at the skate park and it's a 10min walk to the hotel with all your luggage. The hotel does not allow guests to use the lift at the property we stayed in (they have several in Monopoli) so be prepared to walk up and down a LOT of narrow stairs.

Nous logions dans la chambre du dernier étage et le balcon offrait une splendide vue sur le front de mer ainsi que sur une place publique avec une ambiance bienvenue.

La chambre était petite mais l'agencement était assez optimal. Toutefois, la douche a une porte en vitre et il est donc impossible d'avoir de l'intimité quand on l'utilise, le lit (seul meuble du reste de la pièce) y faisant face.
