Good location, in a nice local area. Staff were very accomodating arranged to do my laundry and it was very nicely pressed. Refreshed room everyday and were always available to help. Would recommend to family and friends.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and in a fabulous location in the centre of Monopoli.

The best part: is the extremely helpful staff, you get information about restaurants, and beaches, and they can help with bookings, so you can just enjoy your vacation! The room was clean and had an amazing location, with a 2-3 min walk to the busy street but still very calm. Cute balcony, and a plus for TV with Chromecast!

We took Large Double Room for 2 people and it seemed too big and empty, maybe adding some more decorations would help? So if you're looking for something cozy-choose the other 2 rooms. It's also located on the 2nd floor and the stairs are no joke, felt like climbing. We're also quite tall so had to make sure we don't hit our heads on the corridor. The doors are not well-isolated so when cleaning started around 9 am, we could hear every single noise coming from corridor. Being on vacation we obviously wanted to chill a bit longer, so had to refuse cleaning that came at 9:30.
