Joint bathroom but my fault for not reading properly. Although, as I had travelled with my brother to attend Duxford Air show it was not a problem.

Great location, short distance to train and city center

The bed and duvet were very comfortable, the 2nd day was more clean than the 1st day, liked furniture, the room ceiling was high.

No heating during the nights, the advert showed with heating but no heating at all during the nights! It was freezing cold, has to use a small mobile heater, but outside the bedroom the whole building was horribly cold including the kitchen, bathroom and hallways, which made me have a very bad cold. A female staff on the phone said the heating was turned off after 8pm, I asked her next day not turning off the heating again as it’s too cold, she confirmed yes but next day the heating was still off so as the hot water, it’s impossible to have a shower during the nighttime. I was told only had a washing machine without a dryer, I didn’t see where the washing machine was, it’s useless without a dryer. Should not book that place during autumn especially winter time, it’s horrible.
