The finishes are old, the carpet in the presidential suite is dirt. The bedding is old… For the amount charged for the room…I believe it can be better.

The one room we booked was totally unacceptable - it was very difficult to access, down some steep stairs outside of the building without sufficient lighting and no handrail at some parts which was exceptionally difficult for my 70 year old day who has bad eye sight. The room was also very dark with only a very small window in the corner of the room, making it feel a bit like a dungeon. There was no aircon but was next to an aircon unit which kept them awake for much of the night. Additionally, there was no rail to hang any clothes. The listing needs to be updated so it’s much clearer in terms of accessing the room.
