It was great! The host was very friendly and helpful, they even received our luggage that we sent there which was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. They had bicycles free for use, which was also great. I recommend!

Außergewöhnliches Guesthouse mit japanischem Charakter. Ideal um Onomichi zu erkunden oder den Shimanami Kaido zu starten.

The host was very helpful and allowed us to use bikes for free so that we could cycle to the town to get dinner. Facilities were all great and we appreciated being able to wash and dry our clothes. The house was also very traditional Japanese style which was lovely for us. The host was generally very kind and helpful, gave us a warm welcome and send off when we left which was great!

Location is a little far from the station and places to eat, but the host was helpful in giving us bikes to help us get out and about! Everything else was as we expected especially for the price, no complaints

I loved the low key, local, family feel of this guesthouse.

Le logement était très propre et confortable ! Les hôtes étaient très gentils, ils se sont occupés d’envoyer nos valises et nous ont prêté des vélos pour aller dîner. Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Le logement est un peu loin de tout, les vélos sont indispensables pour se déplacer mais les hôtes ont tout ce qu’il faut à disposition !

Had a great time! 3 days/2 nights to pedal on shimanami kaidou bringing my bike. You can expect as if a host family is having you, and saw that even with little japanese costumers they will try the best to help and ease your stay. You may share times together as the family doing everyday tasks, I also got invited to play games and had such fun. To me it was a great start point for the pedal and having the calmness of the countryside. They’re mindful with the sleeping area and give you exchange towels for bath and face for the day. Even on the Golden week was a great deal!

Not negative points on my view, but may concern if you expect: hotel treatment, this a family shared guest house Urban Location, it’s a countryside experience I saw comments about price, I got a really fair price, but you can expect automatic rise in prices per demand on booking. Really recommend that you do your search on the surrounding before hand.
