Amazing property in the most beautiful location with stunning views! Heather was such a lovely host and made us feel so welcome. She was more than happy to cater to our vegetarian diets and made the most delicious breakfasts which set us all up for a busy day! The grounds of the property are beautiful and our kids loved spending time outside playing swing ball and making friends with the cats! Really close to both Penzance and Torquay, with beaches within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful and a lovely cosy place to come home to after a busy day - we loved star gazing out of the roof windows on a night! All in all an amazing property that we will definitely be coming back to again and again, we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

Windows in the living area give you stunning views but we were unable to leave them open with our little ones around as they are quite low (& with such hot weather it was extremely warm!) - latches would be a great addition to allow you to secure the windows while they are open.

Our family had an amazing time in this stunning house. It has a peaceful location, close to the beach. The garden is wonderful and our kids enjoyed playing outside. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean and tidy. The bathroom was fully equipped and the living room had several toys and board games for children. Heather was very welcoming and helpful, she recommended great places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and covered everything. Highly recommend it for couples and for families.

The location of the property was very ideal for commute to town and other attractions. The property has a sea view from the bedrooms which is a plus. Heather made us feel so very welcomed and took very good care of us. Very highly recommended.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

The hosts were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was very comfortable and the home cooked breakfasts were generous. The location was excellent and the views from the accommodation were stunning!!

The steps up to the accommodation are a little bit steep and might be a bit of an issue for people with mobility problems.

Heather and John were so welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The breakfasts were amazing and really set us up for the day. Very central for visiting lots of locations and a very good bus service.

gorgeous scenic place - on arrival we were all in awe including the children. i loved the space - the calming pieces in the home and the overall positive and calm energy. was great for all of us! Just beautiful and the view of the sea is not only breathtaking but calming. The best part of the trip - our hosts Heather and John. made us feel right at home and Heather makes the best breakfast. thank you

Heather and John have a wonderful home with beautiful scenery. The view is second to none and the Appartment has plenty of space and room for our large family. The breakfast was excellent and our host gave us everything we needed as a large vegan family.

I honestly loved this Appartment and wouldn't change anything. The place was very clean and it wasn't far from the bus stop for us to travel. We was a perfect even distance from both Torquay and Paignton.
